It is definitely hard...but it's worth doing. If you have the will to make great gains and progress, you can do it.

Imo instead of buying lunch at school, bring your own.

For the keto diet, reduce calories to 1,600 instead of 2,200. Get protein to around 135g per day, and the rest from fat.

Thanks for the answer before Raynor. But I have another question.

I have a work out for the entire week, and I just finished mine up. Worked out in the gym Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat(today) and condition tues/thurs. But on Mon/Sat I do pull ups. But I honestly have a hard time doing them. I'm 6'3 205. And I really just have a tough time. I can get to 4 or 5...

What do I need to do to be able to do 5-10 without a problem....? Because I feel like I should be able to atleast do that... Plus I don't want to have to force myself to take weight off either.

Thanks!

Hey there.

Pull ups just take practice. Try doing them twice a week for 5 sets of as many reps as you can each time. Also you could try to use the lat pulldown machine at the gym and go as heavy as possible for 5 sets of around 5 reps. Do this once a week in addition to the pullups. In time you will increase the reps easily. Just keep trying to add more on.
