ooo ok i didnt know that. have u ever tried Arnge Krush?

Yes. It's made by biorhythm. I don't care for any of those products because of all the artificial crap and useless junk. Just plain caffeine is superior.

Depends...

if you are talking PWO after a strength routine for bulking then yes.

If you are more trying to get lean and more into endurance and conditioning then no.

Where did you get that idea?

Caffeine is definitely NOT bad when used correctly.

Try around 200-400mg (about 1-2 cups of coffee worth) pre workout.

Caffeine is only bad if you abuse it (1,000 mg a day or more)

in relation to this

is it bad if i took 200 mg (1 capsule) of caffiene every morning when i wake up?

i have a hard time getting up after 7-8 hours of sleep and usually sleep for 2-3 more (this happens almost every night..)

then i also work out 3 times a week, would 400 mg then be ok?

so basically what im asking is 2600 mg of caffiene a week bad?

btw i have no motivation to almost never get up in the morning... unless i actually have plans to do something is this possibly why i dont ever get up?

really the only thing that gets me up is eating

Yes caffeine in that amount would be fine.

Hey two things

1. My right calf is completely shot. Not sure what I did to it, I got an x-ray and nothing showed up (which didnt shock me, i figured it was muscle/tendon or ligament), and i'm getting an MRI soon. Anyways, what cardio workout can i do that doesnt involve my right leg. I was legitimately thinking of jump roping on just my left leg (i can balance it np at all.)

2. I have been crushing these smart ones, healthy choice, etc. meals. Any suggestions on these? I know theyre fake crap, but theyre low calorie and delicious and portioned correctly for me.

For cardio I would stick to upper body cardio. By this I mean very light weight and very high rep at a brisk pace. Example, seated curls/seated rows/shoulder press/bench press/etc.

However if you want to blend strength training WITH cardio you can easily do that by simply taking NO MORE than 10 seconds rest between sets. That means just go set-to-set without rest. This will mean lots of drop sets, breakdowns, etc. By doing this you will keep your heartrate high and stimulate cardio while also stimulating power.

edit:

also on those meals...they are very high in sodium and generally processed garbage...I would always say avoid.

So I used to play soccer a shitload do a lot of pushups situps when I was younger, but then I got kicked out of the school team because I got into a fight with another kid. (even though I was the best player in the team by a lot <<) Since then I havn't played much and basically stopped doing sports for a couple of years playing the occasional soccer with friends, but for the past 3-4 months I've been jogging 10KM at a decent pace 2days/week and swimming for 1 hour mainly freestyle (front crawl) with barely any stops, again at a decent pace 2days/week. I'm going to start going to the gym with a trainer now in 1-2 months, but i'd like to know what you recommend I should do in regards to workout/food (trainer will prob know, but I want another opinion I guess). Since I still go to school, I don't know if I can eat 6meals/day, and in school I'm basically limited to eating grilled chicken that they always have cus that's the only decent thing (and healthy) other than salads (I guess I can bring a protein bar etc to school but not anything big). I'm uhh 172cm-174cm (havn't measured in a while) and I'm 65kgish, again I havn't weighed myself in in a while i'd have to see how much I weigh atm.

So what do you recommend in regards to workout/food considering I still go to school and that's from 8AM to 3:30PM and that i'd prob workout at 5:00-6:30PM for 1 hour - 1 hour 30.

oh and goals: Basically I just wanna tone up a bit more, build some muscle for the Summer (it's winter down in Argentina :P), and then move forward from there.
