Where did you get that idea?

Caffeine is definitely NOT bad when used correctly.

Try around 200-400mg (about 1-2 cups of coffee worth) pre workout.

Caffeine is only bad if you abuse it (1,000 mg a day or more)

i'm just always curious, why do you think those ancient people all got arthritis? It doesn't seem to be that big of a problem with the elderly population now as compared to back then, even though most people today have a shit diet anyways.

lack of proper diet/nutrition, supplementation, exercise, modern medical advances, genetics, etc.

hey raynor, what is ur opinion on ec stack? ive seen you talk about it before but never bothered to pay much attention to it. it basically just helps to burn fat right? and how much do you take/where can you buy at

Yes it's very effective.

However, ephedrine is currently banned as far as I know...therefore discussion of it on this forum is a no-go.

If you can find the proper sources to purchase it and a good routine to follow it will definitely aid with fat loss.

For cutting fat, what are your views on Insanity and P90X.
Also, which one would you recommend (if you're able to) for me to do?
I've almost done 1 month of P90X, but I would like to lose more.

both are fine for pure fat loss...just keep your diet meticulous and be patient. Fat loss is not a quick thing...it takes time and effort.
