You will just gradually increase the number of pushups you do each set by going up 1-2 reps per set each week. By the end of 4 weeks you should be at 500 no problem.

Yes that is possible. Just remember your body needs MORE calories/protein/carbs on training days and less calories/carbs but more fat on non-training days.

Per mesonychid's advice...that does in fact make sense. Go to the yellowpages and look up middle eastern/greek/turkish stores. They usually have an excellent supply of olives

I should have been more specific.
There's absolutely no eating AND drinking.
Can't take supplements or drink anything unless I have a medical condition and I don't so.. not going to be doing either.
Was hoping more on the lines what sort of diet to eat as dinner and before bed.

How does the warrior diet stack up vs other diets?

Oh I see...so you WILL be eating, just not between 5am-9pm.

If that is the case then you can try doing this...

1-2 meals per day (9pm and say 11pm)

Meal 1 - 60g whey protein shake + 1 banana + 1 large chicken breast + 1 cup brown rice + 1 cup black beans + peppers/onions/salsa
Meal 2 - 40g whey protein shake + 1 apple + peanut butter/jelly sandwich + 1 greek yogurt cup + 4 hard boiled eggs + 1 salad

Ohhh damn!
You never like any supplement I find :p it is my goal now in life too actuly find one you like!!
Also thanks ill have a look at that link abit later ( on my phone atm )

Is there any good food too eat before bed? I just can't seem too fall asleep these days
