my back is really fucked up right now, i think its from all the sitting in my chair and lack of exercise, what are some things i can do to strengthen my back and keep it in good health ? certain stretches exercieses?

Without using weights....

you can do good mornings, lower back hyperextensions, and australian pullups.

You know a good supermarket to get olives? the black olives where you can mix with your salad etc.

It depends where you live.

In florida I'd say go to Publix.

Posted this in a thread of mine, going to post here too.

Going to be fasting for the upcoming month, essentially not eating/drinking from 5AM to around 9PM every day for the entire month of August. This means no eating every 3-4 hours like usual, no shakes, no water and only light workouts during the day where I don't drain myself.
Well aware I will be setting myself back but it's something I plan on doing.

Any suggestions on how to make losses minimal?

Im looking to be able to do 500 push ups a day, right now im at around 200 push ups a day, what type of plan would be best to get to 500 push ups a day? I feel like i could get to 500 if i split it up through out the day, but i believe that would be too big of a jump. So I am pretty much just asking how much each day should i be increasing my push ups to get to 500?

Normally I eat 7 meals a day.

If one day I get up early (8:00) and go to bed late ( 3:30), is it possible to eat 9 meals and only eat 5 meals the other day ( 12:00-22:00) ??
