The hips caving in are a recipe for tendonitis.
Reduce the weight. Expand the range of motion to its fullest.

Wot? I have a bad hip from falling like a dumbass? :O

My hips don't lack I just have a reoccurring injury there which I'm trying to avoid.

I guess i dont understand how squatting with me feet a little closer is that big of a deal if it makes my hip feel better?
