Hey RAy!... good looks on MRs Dash.! The stuffs amazing. I bought some garlic herb for my asparagus(tastes awesome) and some lemon pepper for the chicken!...ive never seen mrs dash till today...crazy how thers no sodium/salt/ nothing in it!!. thankS!

One more quick question..
i saw this post of urs before about supplements and you recommended these..


1. Multivitamin (NOW! Adam or CL Orange Triad take 3 in the morning and at night)
2. EFA's (NOW! Super Omega 3-6-9 take 2-3 with every food meal, not shakes)
3. GAT Jet Fuel (take 3x on empty stomach first thing in the moring before morning cardio or just normally...wait 30 mins before eating)
4. Vitamin C (NOW! C-1000) - take 4g per day (1x capsule every 3-4 hours)
5. Vitamin D (NOW! D 5000 iu) - take one 5,000mg capsule per day with breakfast
6. Creatine Micronized Monohydrate (optimum Nutrition)
7. Arginine + Ornithine (NOW! Arginine + Ornithine) - take 4 capsules pre-workout, post-workout, and pre-bedtime
8. BCAA (Optimum Nutrition BCAA caps) - take 4 capsules pre-workout, 2 during workout, 4 post-workout, and 2 pre-bedtime
9. R+ALA (must be R+!!) (Take this 1x capsule 3 times a day w/ meals)
10. Acetyl L-Carnitine (take 2-3x per day on empty stomach)
11. ZMA (NOW! ZMA) (3x before bed)

Im probably an idiot here but are u recommending taking all of them?

probably another idiotic question.. How long do you recomend bulking for?

Hey Raynor, Im back on keto again, gonna get to a lower /leaner weight

and today was the first day, and im already having a rough-time lol

i usually just eat tuna,salmon,eggs with olive oil as my fat source and baby spinach as my greens, today i had a spoon of natural peanut butter just for good taste

but it tastes really boring =(, what foods taste ggood, and work on keto? , im talkin not just meat/protein sources, but veggies, i need some sugestions

also, i was wondering if its ok to salt/spice anything on keto? or is that risky cuz of sodium. thanks

Edit: I just looked up some things, tomatoes have hardly any carbs in em, and onions seem decent too, maybe mUSHROOMs, if i could add those to some of my meals, that would make em tasty, good idea?

The carb days need to be within a decent parameter of calories. If you go over it isn't a big deal...but try to keep it within 500 or so cals of the are you need to be in.

You can literally use ANY meats + eggs + cheese as your proteins
You can use ANY veggies EXCEPT for corn, peas, carrots, potatoes, okra, and beans. (that means tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms are fine)
For sauces try Mrs. Dash - no sugar or sodium and delicious!!
for fats try Avocados (including made into guacamole), Olive Oil, Butter, Nuts, Nut Butter, Heavy Cream, etc.
