What about adding a Meal between BF and dinner? I feel like i need it. What should it consist of.

if you are going to do that, you'll need to manipulate the other meals for sake of calorie reduction.

Try celery + peanut butter as a snack inbetween, very good for keto.

Avoid that bar. It's mostly milk protein and soy protein...both of which are not the best source. I would recommend finding a WHEY protein bar instead.

Secondly...cereal is fine such as wheatabix or oatabix...I have no problem with you eating those...just increase your protein to compensate.

Ahhh damn that bar tastes realy nice! most bars ive tried i hated and when i saw this had 50grams of protein i thought it was to good to be true!

okayy great thanks :D

4 oz uncooked = 3oz cooked.

I would recommend a bit more than that...maybe around 5-6oz uncooked.

The actual stuff lol.

But for natural production of GH, I recommend a properly pre-bedtime stack consisting of:

NOW! GHB (1 capsule)
NOW! Arginine + Ornithine (4 capsules)
NOW! DOPA Mucuna (2 capsules)
Optimum Nutrition Melatonin (1 tablet)
Optimum Nutrition BCAA-1000 (4 capsules)
NOW! Vitamin C-1000 (1 capsule)
Optimum Glutamine Capsules (4 capsules)

Take all of these with approximately 12 oz water right before bed.

In addition, you will want to do lots of compound exercises at the gym including squats, clean and press, and deadlifts. These exercises accentuate your GH levels tremendously.

Where can i buy these?

For a good marinade you can try premade stuff like Mrs. Dash (some good stuff there) or Walden Farms.

Or you can make your own.

I recommend something like this

Olive Oil
Garlic
Black Pepper
Oregano

or

Olive Oil
Basil
Rosemary
Cayenne Pepper

or

Olive Oil
Curry
Black Pepper
Garlic

Mix and match...but the best way is to always put them in bags and rotate them around in the marinade for a while to get them fully covered.

Most rice is slow digesting except for white. I recommend Brown rice and Wild Rice as they are both slow acting carbs. You don't have to avoid them at any part of the day if you are bulking.

If cutting, I would avoid rice and any carbs for that matter in the 2nd 3 meals of the day (if not on keto)
