No problem.

I always recommend jet fuel to everyone who wants a good stimulant/fat burner.

It's decently effective for what it is...maybe an extra 5-10% fat loss per week.

how many times per week should i hit each muscle group?

depends....

for beginning or maintenance = once per week
for bulking + strength training = once per week
for bulking + hypertrophy = twice per week
for cutting = twice per week

I have been trying to figure this out when you say this. I know you preach the 2x a week while cutting method but how the hell do you manage to do that? Do you do low volume? Not as heavy? I tried it for a while and made it three weeks and just felt awful. Way to much on my legs and back. Lol

Hi there .

I recently started keto, im 5'8 182~lbs, looking for about 170.
What you think about that
BF:5 full eggs + 30 g cheese
Dinner: 200-250G Chicken + 1 tbsp olive oil + Green veggies.
Snack: P^rotein shakes + almonds
supper: 200-250g red meat + cheese + green veggies
Postworkout : 2x scoop isolate whey
prebed : casein + olive oil

Around 2200 cals. Lookin ggod?

whenever i go to sleep / wake up i have signs of being sick, stuffy nose,flemmy throat , a heightened irritation to the smell of cigarette smoke (from my mom) but when i get up im fine do you know what might cause this?
