how would i go about doing the pyramid 5 sets thing for cutting, if i don't know what my maxes are and can't find them out ?

Hey there...let me address each part:

1. Technically yes, sexual stimulation DOES temporarily increase test production...around 100% more actually. However it diminishes rapidly (usually over 30 minutes) so technically it doesn't really benefit you.

2. Secondly...lipids PWO are fine, but NOT with the shake. Consume the shake within 30 mins PWO....and within 1 hour you should consume a large PWO meal with plenty of EVOO or other good fats. Fats slow the digestion of the shake, so avoid them WITH it.

3. PWO Ejaculation does no such thing lol. Take antioxidants PWO for the benefit of boosting pwo immune system. However there is no reason not to. So if you wan to go copulate with many various women in arnoldesque style...bonzai my friend.

Why can't you find out your maxes?

You have to have a ballpark idea of what your maxes are....and if not just get a spotter to help you find your 1RM

oh cause my friend, i workout at his gym in his complex is too weak to be a spotter haha but yea i guess ill just have to estimate then

Get a partner or several partners to work out with. That is usually enough motivation. Also it would help to put up pictures of your goals and look at them each day.

Mind over matter.
