It feels good to go now. Played a game of basketball on it with it rapped up and it didn't bother me at all. It all came off throughout the day and I've been keeping it clean. Am I good to start running/playing basketball as much as I want now? No pain/discomfort and I don't even notice I have it anymore.

Sup Raynor, not sure if you remember I was going through some problems a few months back.

Came to the conclusion that I need a hobby, but I can't find something that makes me extremely happy, but I feel I need one to keep my mind off of things.

Working at a YMCA has done well when I am running fitness classes from 6 am to 2 pm, but afterwards, I have spare time in which I need to fill.

Any ideas on how to find a hobby that suits you? Trying new things etc.?

MMA makes me feel better than the rest but not generally happy, hardly any of my friends grapple although a few do out of town.

how can i get more vascularity? i know it has to do with testosterone and all that good shizzz. but are there any key ways to achieve more visible vascularity, in the arms mainly? I know i would have to lose a little more fat also.

I've heard NO3 works to improve vascularity...but only after workouts and it doesn't last long lol. any tips?

The best way to find a new hobby is really to start messing around with new things....try out everything and eventually something will stand out to you...I recommend trying organized sports, different types of video games (including competitive ones), and even getting involved in a night-time job such as bouncing, bartending, security, etc.
