let's just say it's a work in progress...after box squating for so long to protect my back, it's weird trying to relearn everything and doing deep squats like oly lifters
i must say, i like it...i don't think i will ever go heavy, but i can tell it will definitely help my training

gz! as you say, it was a bit sloppy, but PRs aren't usually perfect..i am really impressed on your speed though..usually you see people grinding out the max reps, you kinda just blew through it
