let's just say it's a work in progress...after box squating for so long to protect my back, it's weird trying to relearn everything and doing deep squats like oly lifters

i must say, i like it...i don't think i will ever go heavy, but i can tell it will definitely help my training

gz! as you say, it was a bit sloppy, but PRs aren't usually perfect..i am really impressed on your speed though..usually you see people grinding out the max reps, you kinda just blew through it

No me gusta this angle and shit with my camera but o wellz. Anyhow, I changed my squat form up. I brought my legs in closer which is giving me much more bounce out of the hole and I feel much more stable due to less pressure on my shitty hips.
