there's tons of food here, variety of healthy snacks (nuts, cheese, flax, crackers) as well as unhealthy (potato chips, pop tarts, cheeze its, soda, etc)
I was wondering if you would recommend a snack plan to add extra calories to my every day diet for weight gain (i dont have a set one since the ones i've read above are close to impossible to follow with my available resources) without risking my health (i could eat 2 bags of potato chips an hour ... but would probably be REALLY bad for me)

For easy snacks try these:
1. Greek Yogurt
2. Cottage Cheese
3. Whole grain crackers w/ cheese
4. Beef Sticks and Cheese Sticks (You can try Ostrim beef sticks from bodybuilding.com)
5. Hard Boiled Eggs
6. Celery and Peanut Butter
7. Tuna Lunch Kits
8. Sliced Lunchmeat and Cheese (low sodium)
9. Veggies w/ ranch dressing (mostly to go with a meat or protein)
10. Fruits (any - but also to go with a meat or protein if possible)
