Hey Raynor,

When I was younger I made the retard mistake of shaving my like region above my dick and I got a acne kind of deal there. It hasn't gone in like a year and a half and idk what to do with it now, it's mainly just like dark scars there. anything I can do?

are they scars, ingrown hairs, or acne? Google image it until you find something that looks similar if you have to.

Meal 1 - 3 whole eggs + 1 cup oatmeal + 1 large serving of fruit (any type)
Meal 2 - 2 slices whole grain bread w/ 4-6 oz sliced low-sodium meat (turkey/chicken/ham) and cheese (2% reduced fat and low sodium) w/ veggies made into a sandwich
Meal 3 - Protein Shake (any brand, make sure to get approx 40g protein) + 1 large serving of fruit + handful of mixed nuts
Meal 4 - 1 large chicken breast or lean steak + 1 cup brown rice + 1/2 cup black beans + large serving of veggies
Meal 5 - 1 can of tuna + whole grain crackers + mayo/mustard + veggies or salad
Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + cinnamon + mixed nuts

Everything bolded i really dont like eating, im a fussy eater and even hate nuts but i manage too throw them down my throat occasionally.

ok replace the 1/2 cup of black beans with 1 oz of cheese

replace the mixed nuts with 1 tbsp of olive oil or 4 tbsp avocado or 1 large tbsp of peanut butter

replace the whole grain crackers with whole grain bread - you can also eliminate the mayo and mustard completely.

Salad can be replaced with any veggies of your choice

Replace the cottage cheese with 35-40g casein protein shake

i'm doing a 9-5 office job for the weekdays
there's tons of food here, variety of healthy snacks (nuts, cheese, flax, crackers) as well as unhealthy (potato chips, pop tarts, cheeze its, soda, etc)

I was wondering if you would recommend a snack plan to add extra calories to my every day diet for weight gain (i dont have a set one since the ones i've read above are close to impossible to follow with my available resources) without risking my health (i could eat 2 bags of potato chips an hour ... but would probably be REALLY bad for me)

For easy snacks try these:

1. Greek Yogurt
2. Cottage Cheese
3. Whole grain crackers w/ cheese
4. Beef Sticks and Cheese Sticks (You can try Ostrim beef sticks from bodybuilding.com)
5. Hard Boiled Eggs
6. Celery and Peanut Butter
7. Tuna Lunch Kits
8. Sliced Lunchmeat and Cheese (low sodium)
9. Veggies w/ ranch dressing (mostly to go with a meat or protein)
10. Fruits (any - but also to go with a meat or protein if possible)
