It makes me feel so small lol, but in England I know, nor have I seen anyone considerably bigger than even me around my age.
The only BIG one I know is 19, hes a personal trainer and hes like... idk, benchs 225, 15.5-16" arms or so.

Hypertrophy and good eating do wonders.

Im only 19. It would only take 2-3 years to get where i am if you lifted on a smart routine.
