Not trolling but is it ok to use a blender and grind up 3/4 pound of cooked chicken breast with lemon water, then just chug it down without tasting it?
Not that I would do this now, but i think If i keep eating chicken breast everyday for a long time, I'll probably get so bored that I dont want to have anymore.

yes you can lol...Dereck Poundstone actually does this...he makes chicken breast shakes...

totally disgusting if you ask me...but if you can tolerate drinking it, more power to you

Sitting in a chair all day will gradually atrophy your muscles, lead to increased fat gain from being sedentary, and also decrease your cardiovascular output. I would stay as active as possible.

Secondly...hunger isn't really calorically related. It has to do with a number of things including:

1. total size of food consumed
2. rate of digestion
3. speed of metabolism
4. brain/stomach communication
5. type of food ingested

etc.

You should eat 5-6 small meals a day...eating right before bed is alright as well...no reason to avoid that.

I should drink a protein shake before and after my workout?

I am using the now wheey protein isolate and the optimum nutrition pro complex, are these shakes ok to drink in the middle of the day, not with a workout? I heard Whey Protein leaves the body quickly opposed to other forms?

Thanks!

Hey there.

the gainer is meant for weight gain...mostly in people who are hardgainers. If you are just doing a lean bulk, or a cut, I'd recommend the Natural pro-complex. The difference between regular and natural is that the natural does not have any artificial colors/flavors/sweeteners. The natural chocolate tastes really good, but doesn't give you all the extra crap.

Secondly...protein bars are good...for women I would recommend either Powercrunch bars or Oh Yeah Wafer Bars

They are okay to drink ANY time of day. I'd keep down to 3 shakes a day though and no more than that...while also eating 3 full meals a day.

The body does need whole foods as well.

however, besides pre/post workout, you can enjoy the shake whenever you'd like.

Hey Raynor, in your opinion, is milk damaging to the body and can it cause any cancer? I've read arguments that milk are for baby cows, and the growth hormone in it an cause cancer in humans if ingested over the long term.
