But could you re-arrange the days so that I won't be training chest on mondays? so that there will actually be benches available ya know how it can get in the gym on mondays

Mon - Legs/shoulders + cardio
tues - chest/bis + cardio
weds - back/tris + cardio
thurs - legs/shoulders + cardio
fri - chest/bis + cardio
sat - back/tris + cardio

This will suffice, correct?

yes that will be fine for your purposes being cutting, just keep the diet in order and dont forget to train abs at least 2x per week

I have a laterally torn meniscus in my left knee, i have a mcl tear in my right elbow, and I have a bicep tendon tear in my left shoulder.

I still want to continue working out though.

If I wear a knee brace and use elbow wraps how much damage am I causing my body by continuing to lift heavy?

Is this serious? Or another troll?

Assuming it's serious, do NOT train with those injuries. You can stand to create long term or even permanent debilitating injuries out of minor injuries by training under those conditions.

The torn meniscus (depending on severity) is extremely critical that you wear a brace and apply RICE consistently.

again, depending on severity, the tear in your right elbow is also a very dangerous injury to train with. Under any repetitive motion with resistance attached (let alone training heavy) you risk a maximum tear or even separation. Tommy John surgery is usually needed to clear this up depending on the severity.

The bicep tear...assuming its where the bicep meets the shoulder is the least of the 3...but still also crucial not to train with it.

I am having a hard time believing you contracting all of these injuries so suddenly...as you have had the tendency to troll over the last few weeks/months.

I injured the knee january 2nd, elbow is fairly recent, shoulder injury has been ongoing for the last few years (have noticed it a lot worse of late after hitting some massive prs on pressing).

Could you post the Kre Alkalyne (spelling) vs Mono creatine article again? And possibly give me your thoughts on it.

Whats vo2max? So my muscles shouldnt hurt the next day then?

There is nothing bad what so ever that can some from using this?

Its ok with jet fuel, now adam, and protein shakes?

ethyl ester.

Whats that stuff compared to Kre Aklyn?

I have seen a lot of talk about Kre Aklyn losing its effectiveness rather fast, any truth to this?

Thanks as usual :)

The knee is still injured that long after the initial incident? If so, have you been using a proper compression brace as well as resting/icing/and elevating it?

Shoulder injury I have as well...it literally took 3 months of NOTHING to get it better. Cortisone injections also are very helpful.

In total honesty to avoid permanent injury, you really need to get yourself into a doctor, take some xrays, and maybe gets some cortisone injections. As far as the healing process, you need to lay off the gym for a while. Try your best just to eat a ton of protein and cholesterol to fight off as much atrophy as possible.

Kre Alkalyn vs Creatine

Kre Alkalyn is superior, requires no loading phase, increases vo2 max, and also increases muscular endurance.

Creatine ethyl ester (CEE) is better than plain monohydrate (but marginally).

Kre Alkalyn is superior to all forms of creatine out right now. Creatine nitrite is close, but excessive consumption of nitrites can eventually lead to various forms of cancer. I would not mess with that.

Stick to kre alkalyn.
