Hey there.

I would recommend having the morning whey shake along with a bowl of oats w/ a good amount of fruit. That will provide you the necessary carbs to conquer your morning workout.

Post workout I would recommend the whey shake again, along with some slow acting carbs.

Many thanks for again another speedy/helpful answer, also what fruit would be ok I have bannanas/apples and I think some strawberries left over for now untill I get chance to nip supermarket.

Also sent you some fg as a Thank You!! :)

Another quick question Raynor,

I have been experiencing an intercostal pain on my left side, doesn't hurt all the time but sometimes I lay in certain areas and I can feel a little pinch, doesn't affect breathing but some days, VERY deep breaths you can feel it a little.

Been going on for awhile now, any idea what this could be?

I would say 5-6 months ago max?

It doesn't affect my everyday activities, but I can lay in certain positions and it starts to hurt when I breathe, feels weird sometimes, I try to stretch it out periodically, no luck.

Kind of scared it's something serious, no other side effects are there though.

Hmm...I do not want to misdiagnose you without a proper examination. This sounds like a pinched nerve...especially the fact that it comes when you are in certain positions.

However, I would see a doctor

Is it okay to work out with relatively large cuts? I got cut on my forearm and legs and I'm wondering if the pump of the blood would cause them to bleed or something. They're around 1-3 inches.

Unfortunately, I am high cholesterol. It runs in my family and have not had any problems with it before, but as relatively recently, I am ~180 mg/dL LDL

Is there any supplements or foods I should absolutely start avoiding?

It depends how fresh the cuts are and how well they have already healed. In general it's best to wait 3-5 days after a fresh large cut to avoid residual bleeding at the gym (sanitary reasons)
