Abs Workout Routine

As far as my favorite ab exercises with weight go...I like decline situps with a weight plate on my chest, v-crunch/double-crunch machine (which is weighted), hanging leg raises while holding a dumbbell with your feet.

always lift + run both.

The lifting helps to build lean mass which in turn burns up more fat from increased basal metabolism.

In addition the actual act of lifting or resistance training tends to burn more calories per minute than just running.

Sup Raynor, I've been lifting 4-5 times a week very well, been noticing my lifts have gone up but not noticing any difference in the mirror as of lately, been lifting for about 6 weeks now.

When will you be able to see results in the mirror?

Hey, I was thinking of buying NOW Vitamin D 5000IU. I've read up on it quite a bit and I've read that the UL for Vitamin D is 4000IU/Day. Now if I were planning on only receiving Vitamin D from that supplement, I don't think 5000IU would be too bad.
BUT here's the problem..I'm also taking CL Orange Triad which has 1000IU in it, which would bump it up to 6000IU/day, and that's not even counting the Vitamin D I may be getting from sunlight/food.

Would you recommend to go with the 5000IU gels or do you think taking 4000IU gels + my 1000IU from Orange Triad would be a safer option? (6000IU+ vs. 5000IU~)
