no i think my form was alright.. when i was doing my warm ups on one of the reps i came down to hard and strained my elbow a little bit i need to control the whole motion but i said fuck it cuz i wanted to warm up asap. so it hurt when i bumped the weight up. i still wouldnt have hit the 115s though.. maybe the hundos.

I warm up with the 90's go to 105's then 115's
I've found that if I warm up with heavy weight I don't lose as much endurance and I can continue lifting heavy.
