I've been having issues with my right knee so squats haven't officially improved. after the week where I hit 4x8x245 I dropped back down to 225.
I did 235 last week and later this week I will be trying 245 again provided my knee feels alright. See how it feels.

Got 4x8x185 on bench last week. Gunning for 190 this week.

I think I'm up to 4x8x90 for straight bar curls or some shit.

Weighed 165.6 this afternoon when I rolled out of bed. More dehydrated and malnourished than normal. I think on a normal morning I'm probably closer to 167 or 168 right now.

my waist is 32.5" (relaxed) right now in the morning. That's close to 2" smaller than it was when I started at the end of september, and 1.5" less than it was mid november, even though I'm probably back up to the same weight as November.

you need carbs to replenish your glycogen stores. yes, your body is efficient at turning one form of energy into another but for someone who is already fairly lean and not looking for cut more fat, there's really no point in limiting my carb intake. Unless you're talking about mono or disaccarides. Then I completely agree.

Also, I do eat my protein :ph34r: I could probably stand to eat a little more than I do some days, but I'm seeing good results regardless

Actually, I've been feeling really run down for a couple weeks. Still getting stronger but yeah, feeling run down. I haven't had a deload week since I started at the end of september. I've been going pretty damn hard the last 8 weeks too so it's probably time. Next week will be an official deload week. Just do a little maintenance, keep it light and hit it hard the following week

fkn been sick for 3 weeks.

Hit it hard the first week despite being sick, because reasons. Did a deload the second week, then did a second deload to try and actually get better because I was pretty sure part of why I wasn't getting better was because I was pushing myself too hard. Felt better after the 2nd week off which leads in to this week so started up again this week. did one workout day last night and already feel like shit again. total dog shit...

still haven't worked out. All I do is work. 60-70 hrs a week monday-friday and I work out of town in a shithole camp so I don't really have access to a gym either. I could work out sat-sun but I don't.

sitting low 160s. rip gains, but I'm also quite lean, got veins now I didn't know existed on my body. The gym itch is getting pretty strong so regardless of work I'm hoping to get back in to it at least a little.

still havent gotten back in to working out. Still floating around 165lbs
Still looking ok I guess.

Took a month off work and spent 3 weeks travelling vietnam. It was a sick trip. Definitely put on a couple lbs from all the alcohol and food but not much. Much less than I thought.

Spent time in Ho Chi Minh, Bangkok (3 day Thailand excursion too), Hanoi, Sapa, Ha Long bay, Hoi An, Da Nang. it was dynamite, but fucking expensive. Total travel costs were off the charts. 10 flights total, a cruise, motor bike rides, countless ubers and taxis, an overnight train ride, Tuk Tuks. etc

The itch and burn to get back in the gym is real strong, especially after this trip. It's Hard with work (60-70 hrs a week and I spend mon-Fri out of town so no access to the home gym) but I did hear that there is a gym at the community centre out by where I work so I'm going to definitely hit that up after work on days where I don't work 14-16 hrs
