bark bark just your friendly trainer here to remind you to eat your protein
don't eat carbs
rely on fat for energy
not carbs
be 10%
you need carbs to replenish your glycogen stores. yes, your body is efficient at turning one form of energy into another but for someone who is already fairly lean and not looking for cut more fat, there's really no point in limiting my carb intake. Unless you're talking about mono or disaccarides. Then I completely agree.
Also, I do eat my protein

I could probably stand to eat a little more than I do some days, but I'm seeing good results regardless
Actually, I've been feeling really run down for a couple weeks. Still getting stronger but yeah, feeling run down. I haven't had a deload week since I started at the end of september. I've been going pretty damn hard the last 8 weeks too so it's probably time. Next week will be an official deload week. Just do a little maintenance, keep it light and hit it hard the following week
