This entire thread made me cringe, like what in the actual fuck. You're 6 foot and want to be below 180? I'm 6'1 180 and I consistently move to be bigger. I know we all have goals but is your's to be a scrawnling. I don't get it. Go pick up some weights and put them down again.

Starting my wrestling cut now, and am going to miss the FUCK out of Carbs in general. I love bread\pasta oh my chicken alfredo, breaded chicken sandwiches! RANCH! all that good stuff man.

I assume you are speaking to me. When you are 22ish % bf and have a gut you have to cut weight since you can't target areas, right? Once I get my body looking proportional, I will bulk.

I was 195 at 6'1 , and cut all the way down to about 165. I felt and looked 100x better at that weight.

i want this exactly but it was hard
im 6'2, was about 195 to start with, now im 187 but still want to cut to below 80 but so hard!
will go gym today and tomorrow i guess!

went for a run today, im not much of a runner, and it was hot today.
only ran ~2.3km but ran good pace the entire time, guess it was pretty good by me (imo)
will go gym probably next 3 days then run again on off day
im not exactly following a strict eating plan, i try to eat nothing after 8pm and try not to eat until noon, but its hard when you wake up early to study!
