went for a run today, im not much of a runner, and it was hot today.
only ran ~2.3km but ran good pace the entire time, guess it was pretty good by me (imo)
will go gym probably next 3 days then run again on off day
im not exactly following a strict eating plan, i try to eat nothing after 8pm and try not to eat until noon, but its hard when you wake up early to study!
