70% bw for reps isn't anything new. Coulda been cock pushups on an aids ridden floor with acid and rusty nails, but it isn't.

weighing in at 195 pounds, scale at school is broke atm but i'll get a vid of weigh in soon enough.

136 pounds bench (bar + 45's + clips) for 34 reps



Gonna give it another go later in the month. hit arms two days ago and they were sore AF today.

Nice challenge. 72kg here which makes for 50kg benches. Only can do 14 reps max for that, so I'll save the embarassment. Good luck to the competitors.
