Couldn't hit 225 for one a month ago on deads. After my 5x5 sets today I felt great so I went for it, and managed 3 reps of 225.

Might be a warm up for most of you but I'm pretty damn excited about it. Ha

385 sumo deads
345 squat (few weeks ago)

Gonna max bench in a few days.

208lbs body weight.
