Meet is next Saturday. Last heavy training session today. DLs felt easy today :)

DL
135x6
225x5
315x3
385x1
425x4

Front Squat
Barx10
135x6
185x5
195x5

I'm trying to learn to front squat. Please give me some advice. I tried to record different angles. First time recording today, but from what I can see, I need to set safety bars lower because I can squat pretty deep on front squats & squatting deep helps keep my back straight. Also need to tilt my head back less.
Some questions though:
I lack the wrist mobility to bring my elbows up any higher, anything I can do about that?
The bar resting is blocking my breathing a bit, feels like I'm chocking. Do I need to hold it lower?
My knees flare out a lot more in front squats when squeezing my glutes. Is that normal?

Always appreciate the help guys!

take a slightly narrower stance on your deads, your elbows are forcing knee valgus at the bottom of each rep. when you squat, dont stare at the ceiling because that extra cervical extension tends to produce other unwanted curvature along the spine, and dont need to point toes out. knees look alright in squats but it looks again like you're bordering on valgus at the bottom of the rep. again its not as bad as the deadlift

Haven't read through the whole thread but impressive lifts on the first vid. Your deadlift is really strong compared to your bench/squat.
