Actually, after looking again, I thinnk yajiv may even be lower bf.

ok now i really see how little hnf actually knows about the human body......

first off yajiv has no definition at all in his body, second i actually have muscle and pretty thick bones and you can see my lats deltoids and traps. i weight 195 and at 5'11 1/2



roflmao yeah and my body cant hold water even though im the one thats used to cutting 10 lbs of water weight in a day. lol lightman pls.

U cant have thick bones but dense sure..... Quick fact black peeps have dense bones hence why tjete not good swimmers and asians have least dense of all ethnicites..... Regardless bone demsity has no bearing on bf%.

Also monkeys have dense bones n can't swim
