Aube, what are you doing about your bronchitis? You just train regardless? Curious because I always wonder what to do when I have a cold or whatever.

yeah I could probably 20 rep that now haha

I train regardless. it's pretty hard to take deep breath but I manage it. I've had fever on deadlift day this week.

whats your bodyweight off season from competition?

i weight roughly 160 and my numbers suck compared to yours

I was 172 in the beginning of the prep. Heaviest I've ever been is 174 and I weighted 138 at 18 years old. I've been lifting for almost 2 years.

Give you more time and be consistent. Your numbers will increase.

yeah thats pretty much whats happening. I honestly follow zero work out plans and do not watch my diet and take no supplements so what can i expect haha

im having fun with my fast metabolism while i still can

i wanna pump 225 for reps even if its only like 3 lol i can only bench it once

Start by eating your gains for few months. You'll build a nice foundation that way. Then you'll be able to play a little bit more with your training like I'm doing right now.

eating my gains? i like eating but please elaborate. my foundation is okay, my body fat is pretty low dont know what exact percentage. i cant really train quads much cause knee is fucked :(.
