ya. well if you get quality vitamins then the prices will be higher for stuff. with some of these guys i could see the price of food per week easily getting to that point. shit with the amount of lean beef and chicken some of these guys consume daily its ridiculous. imo if youre a pro BB or someone doing it competitely thats fine, but for the average guy thats just trying to put on some weight and get bigger, i dont see why you would go to the extreme of doing it.

Now has some of the best quality vitamins and very cheap.. The ones seen in Morholt's picture... Honestly they are the best company imo

Cheap prices and great quality.

I just bought a 10 pound pag of chicken from costco, and it cost me like $21. My total bill was $110 and that is gonna last me for the entire month
Just stocked up on 10 pounds of Now Whey isolate for $75 which will last me like 6 months.
No need any pre-workouts, 100 count of caffeine pills from bb.com is $4-$5

If you know where to look, and know what you are doing.. It is not crazy...

The picture doesn't have any of my powers in it.
Those are just bottles of pills. Vitamins &  minerals and extracts. Calcium, magnesium, vitamin-c, green tea extract, zinc, vitamin-a, etc..

Around 450-475 on an average day.

EDIT: Oh! And I forgot about my b-vitamin complex for pre-workout with the caffeine.
Okay...I think I've hit everything now...lol

isn't that a bit too much protein?

No, we all know it's unnecessary to have that much. That's more than 2g/lb.

Clean calories (for an ectomorph with a highly active lifestyle & large amount of muscle mass).
Very unnecessary, indeed.

Clean calories? What is this, 1963? It's quite obvious who has the better physique and strength, but seriously?

It has already been proven that the 80/20 rule is more than sufficient. Clean calories are non-existent because a calorie is, essentially, a calorie.

And yes, Pure is right. You could be getting the excess calories from carbs or fat. How much do you weigh, exactly?
