You're doing too much weight. If you can't do a full squat on it for 5 reps with decent speed, then lower the weight a bit.

I did 295 easily parallel the set before.

i'm not trying to burst your bubble. It really does look like you're struggling with that weight on your back. And 295 is a whole 20 pounds lighter than what you're doing. Anything that's not at the right depth is considered a half squat.

Gz lift. Why not plant your heels and drive them: more leg drive-->. Lift more weight... ?

- I just always thought. Driving through the heels will give you more power?
