dumb approach is dumb.

your conditioning is going to blow because of your prolonged keto approach.

you look flat.

your vascularity is marginal at best.

you need to get tan and get a better camera/lighting asap.

Tan is ultra easy to fix with the fake tan. There are some IFBB pros who are pale as fuck and it's no problem lol

I know that, but he's relying on Raynor as his online trainer so odds are good that he doesn't have someone that will apply the insta tan onto him properly and you know that shit needs to be on point.

It's not hard to find someone for that, and I'm sure Oak reads about pre-contest diet, but I agree that keto really isn't the diet of choice for pre-contest. It doesn't let you add that fullness, etc.

a larger chest would give you a great proportional physique. higher reps lower intervals!
