Definitely not. You're going to have to up the protein quite a bit to keep from breaking completely down and just watch where you eat your carbs and what kind of carbs they are. I started this last week and am trying to cut and by cut I mean just drop Bf%, I could care less about actual scale weight going down.

And btw, thanks Burns for posting this. This program is awesome for me. Been a long, long time since I've been this sore.

i didnt think gvt would be either, but many opinions point towards gvt = bad for cutting.

Did and interesting chest workout today, but felt REALLY good and I REALLY felt it hitting my chest, only problem was i got fatigued at the end of incline/decline where the weight didn't feel heavy but my arms/chest gave out, Is that bad/anyway to prevent that with a supplement or something?

Did
10x10 bench, going up in weight till 6th set then down 5 lbs after each set
10x10 incline, stayed pretty low the whole time but went to failure every set but first couple
5x 10 decline all to failure ofc, did pretty decent weight
3 superset flies 10 10 10 10 going down 2.5 lbs each time
3 normal incline flies with 10 reps of decline push-ups inbetween

Lots of BCAA's taken and water drunk and creatine pre/post

Decline is pretty useless. I would've done 10x10 dips instead of the flys/decline. But i'm pretty sure what you did must've been hard on the pecs :P

Not supposed to do both Flat and Incline 10x10, just one compound per day then the rest around 3x10-12. You will die off extremely fast on that unless you are eating ridiculous well or on a PH (or real)

On level 2 and 3, you can do 10x10 on different exercises. But it's really only for those able to do it. I posted them because I know some of us can do 20-30 heavy sets, but those who can't and still try to do it are stupid.

It's also important not to fuck around too much with this workout. You can't just go like "oh i'll add this, or change that" without anything backing up whatever you think is better (not directed at you whatsoever badgers btw lol), but yet i've recieved PMs of ppl asking "can I do it like that?". Just try it the way it's presented to you and see what results you get.
