what are you long workouts like?
since i started working out at they gym when i moved to arizona i've worked about 2 hours-3 hours per session..i just can't get enough haha..they are starting to shorten now that i'm putting more emphasis on olympic lifts (they kick the shit out of you)

I do circuits before them and cardio after.
