Recovered from surgery
Was out from the gym for 2 months, it's now been 2 months since I started working out again. Strength is at 95% of where I was pre-surgery
I'm at a 500 caloric surplus for the next 6-7 months, half will be spent on a primarily hypertrophy routine, the other half strength
