Is a cup of coffee fine before fasted cardio? Obviously BCAA's but what else could I take before fasted cardio?

hey how do you fix been sleepy in the morning? I get about 6 - 6.5 hours of a sleep a day, can't sleep anymore cause of summer school. I feel really sleepy and tired in class about 2 hours after waking up, I feel fine after that though. I don't really want to resort to coffee or monster drink..etc. You got any tips?

Would drinking more water help?

Exactly. Just keep them moving...no particular movements...also try to wear loose fitting clothing and try not to expose yourself to extreme heat or cold for too long a period of time (say 15-20 mins maximum).

Jogging will also really help both the upper and lower extremities.

It won't stop fat loss at all...the only issue is the citric acid if you are on keto which we discussed before.

Secondly...I would avoid the diet soda because of the aspartame which is truly a terrible substance.

Sobe Lifewater and Vitamin Water 0 are sweetened with stevia. The "carbs" are 0 impact insoluble carbs that pass through the digestive system having absolutely no impact on blood sugar or ketosis.

yes, caffeine (from coffee or tea) would be fine for pre-fasted cardio. Just be careful of the elevated heart rates...don't go too high...keep it to around 135-155 maximum.

This is a highly debated topic. There is no DEFINITIVE scientific proof either way, however I can tell you this - typically if you listen to anything "positive" that makes you feel good - regardless of the type of music and so forth - you will be doing yourself a GOOD service by allowing the mind/body to seek positive equilibrium and thus eliminate or reduce potential stress and negative emotions.

6-6.5 hrs of sleep is NOT enough. You need 8-9 hrs of sleep per night for maximum benefit.

I would advise you FIND a way to get more sleep. If there is no other way, you could start trying meditation for 1 hour a day in the middle of the day.

If I stack glycobol, slinsane, pslin, chromium picolinate, and r-ala can I eat as many carbs as I want and just maximize my nutrient partitioning for an epic bulk?
