i would drop the weight on that squat and work on form. you can't handle that weight correctly

It was a mock meet, so it was whatever I could handle maximally. That aside, I don't necessarily disagree and I was quite surprised 335 and 365 were ugly since my technique tends to be astronomically better. The 380 attempt, at least to me, was decent. There was a slight squat-morning but I've seen that occur on people who can squat well over 600. Still putting 380 in Sheiko, though. ;)

you pulled your hips up on that last DL too early imo

I noticed. I tend to be a "back" DLer, which is why I have problems off the floor since I don't utilize my legs as much to get that pop off the floor. I've been trying to think "push" instead of "pull." You also can notice I let my knees collapse on the DLs, too. I've watched my own videos on Quicktime (quality is better) 100x and I have a big list of things I noticed. I tend to be my own biggest critic.

Thanks for the critiques, though. It's always good to get someone else's perspective. I'm actually planning on getting down to Boston sometime next year to work with Eric Cressey for a week.

Bit of progress I guess :) 6''3 starting at approximately 77kg (169.75lbs), now up to 87-88kg (194lbs). My goal is 93kg (205lbs) by New years.

Any helpful comments / directions would be great

First pic, around March or so. Bad breakup with girlfriend decided to change lifestyle

Is your mouth permanently smirking slightly to one side? Or is that like your version of the duckface (albeit a much lesser evil). xD

Progress is good. Obliques might be getting worked just fine, but might want to pay attention to them a little depending on how things go. Seems you're progressing well in all categories (assuming your legs are keeping up just as well).

Honestly I didn't train legs for the first ~ 4months, but being quite tall I started to look very out of proportion so I now do them twice a week :) Thanks again!

Man, that's some good progress.
Delts/arms gone poof, lol.

I started around april, made hardly any gains haha (or so it seems) but I've lost about 15lbs too, or I did.
Now I'm up to 158 and kinda maintaining/getting fitter for the army.
