Did my mock meet yesterday. 380 Squat, 225 (paused) bench, 435 DL @ 155lbs. Kind of shitty but whatever. Here's the video. Since this is d2jsp, I know people will say I'm frauding because: (A) You can't see all the plates, and (B) camera angle is in the front. Either way, you see I'm at least squatting 3 plates and DLing 4 plates. And it's done from the front because my brother was acting as the "head ref," so I needed to see him for the commands. If you think I'm frauding, thanks! But I don't know why because it's a terrible total (1040).

Apparently I did hit depth. If you think it might have been a bit above then a ref might think so at a competition. Thanks for the feedback. Probably a bit too close for comfort but I'll be running my next sheiko cycle with a closer stance, which will let me hit depth a lot more. I've never squatted above parallel in my life. If you check my other squat videos, I'm well below

1040@ 155 is pretty damn impressive and you have alot more to come .

Could just be because ur in socks . Just looks like u about to loose ur footing lol

Yeah, my technique at maximal weights gets pretty damn ugly. This is probably the main reason I'm running Sheiko (plus the insane bench and chest volume).

If you pay attention to my 3rd attempt, you'll hear me say "fuck yes" after. I was happy and I do give myself credit but I (unfortunately) also have a very skewed perception of what constitutes "good." I don't think I have a bad attitude but I also don't want to come off as thinking I'm better than I really am. I guess I'll just take a more neutral stance.

i would drop the weight on that squat and work on form. you can't handle that weight correctly

you pulled your hips up on that last DL too early imo
