yo brew, so im curious what in coffee makes you shit ? it acts almost like a laxative , for me at least.

also why i ask cause this is my what i ate today, i only shit in the morning and i feel bloated and i want to shit but i dono i dont have the urge / cant ...

anyways

breakfast : oats + protein powder
2nd : oats + pp
3rd : salad
4th : protein shake + banana + peanut butta
5th : chicken + brocoli
6th : chicken + green peas

and throughout the day ive been snacking on fruit and drinking water

and yet i have only pooped in the morning is that normal? isnt that enough fibre to poop more often

e: i am also farting alot im wondering if its from the whey or brocoli or what

Hey SKCRaynor, I probably won't check back at this thread.. so if you can give me a reply that would be great.

I am pretty into working out, and i am pretty swole i would say.

My brother when we go to the gym, he sits and plays basketball. He is 14 years old. I have heard lifting at this age can stunt your growth.. Would like to hear your thoughts on this.. and if its okay for him to work out at this age, what workouts should he do.... maybe a little information on this and a routine or something would be nice.

i get very shakey knees when im doing my last few reps on squatting, i need some exercises that would help stop this.

Sounds like lack of fiber or water. I would advise boosting your water intake and also taking 5-10g of psyllium husk powder mixed with water/juice/etc every day.

Your diet doesn't SEEM to have a lack of fiber, however assuming the oats and salad are the only real sources of fiber, that could be an issue. Probably only 5g per bowl of oats and another 8g from the salad gives you around 18g per day which is low. You need around 30-35.

Hey there.

No, lifting does NOT hinder a persons growth in any way....if anything it will actually help him to grow MORE. Exercises like squats, deadlifts, and clean+press are all surefire ways to increase growth hormone production in the body. The only way his growth would be affected is if he was to get injured. To avoid injury just make sure he is not lifting anything more than the 8-10 rep range.

LUNGES!!! The more DB lunges the better...that will help build up the meniscus which is causing you the "shakiness" associated with the squat.

Also you can try knee wraps when going heavy.
