breakfast : oats + protein powder
2nd : oats + pp
3rd : salad
4th : protein shake + banana + peanut butta
5th : chicken + brocoli
6th : chicken + green peas
and throughout the day ive been snacking on fruit and drinking water
and yet i have only pooped in the morning is that normal? isnt that enough fibre to poop more often

Sounds like lack of fiber or water. I would advise boosting your water intake and also taking 5-10g of psyllium husk powder mixed with water/juice/etc every day.
Your diet doesn't SEEM to have a lack of fiber, however assuming the oats and salad are the only real sources of fiber, that could be an issue. Probably only 5g per bowl of oats and another 8g from the salad gives you around 18g per day which is low. You need around 30-35.
