Taking food from the freezer, than re-heat it in the mictowave, is that bad?

Also -

I read or heard somewhere that training abs on back or leg day is bad, is this true or false? :O

That is not bad, you can do it without incident.

Abs on back/leg day is fine IF you can handle it ;-)

im doing the hypertrophy program you posted, 15reps light, 10 meduim, 85%max to failure, 10seconds rest than minute rest than go again then cut in half to failure.
i cant deal with the 10second rest i need more time to recover. also should i use this method when doing deadlifts.

You do want fats as well as slow digesting protein sources before bed unless you are on TKD or Fasting.

The fat which takes extra time to digest promotes longer digestion time which tends to prevent catabolism.

There are several trains of though....

1. Keep the metabolism stimulated throughout the day and night to allow for maximum lean gains while promoting fat loss if proper macros are ingested at proper intervals with obvious exercise utilized accordingly. (this is where you want slow digesting protein/fats before bed)
2. Keep the metabolism stimulated throughout certain hours, and then begin a fast that lasts between 12-18 hrs in order to maximize fat loss (this is the period in which you would NOT consume fats or slow digesting protein before bed)
3. Keep the metabolism stimulated throughout the day, but manipulate macros/calories to cause fat loss (CKD, CD, etc)

So it really all depends on the general plan choice.

my goal is # 1 so would 12 almonds before bed be a good choice?

You can boost the time up around 15-20 seconds, but the key is to prevent the excessive rest to ensure total muscular failure.

Secondly, no do not use that for deadlifts...instead for deadlifts try to do something along the lines of a 5x5 or 3x3. Deadlifts are mostly for power.

To be quite honest, I would not push the dog past his normal limits. Dogs are much different than us and have much different adaptations to exercise. However, with time his stamina will improve. I recommend you talk to a vet about it and get their input. My specialty is not canine.

yes, you could definitely do that...but I would recommend some cottage cheese or casein to go with it.

Hm...that could be a few things...

1. stress
2. lack of nutrition (when cold), high resting BMR when hot/sweaty
3. poor circulation

is there a specific time when your hands are cold vs hot?
