yeah, we all have problem areas. For me it's building mass in my chest, I can rep with 315 for 6-10(at the end of the flat bench portion of the workout), but your chest looks deeper than mine.(picture I showed I was weighing ~190, now up to 220)
as for the "arm warrior" not really, the only thing I do strictly for arms is biceps, but that's after doing back. I constantly did things that worked triceps and have just naturally big arms. Once in a while I would do some tricep workouts if I still had a lot of energy after a planned workout.
