This was due to doing lots of squats and deadlifts and I guess the sudden increase in size of the period of 6 month led to massive stretch marks, anyway to heal them? Hey raynor, i got another question. I noticed that bodybuilders like jay cutler never seem to have any vegetables in his diet? whats up with that? Just saying that because I saw a video where he comments on his many meals of the day, and its all just chicken or steak with plenty of rice... etc
also, got any good asparagus recipes?
