on another note.

I got massive amounts of stretch marks under the hip flexors (between the butthole and the groin). This was due to doing lots of squats and deadlifts and I guess the sudden increase in size of the period of 6 month led to massive stretch marks, anyway to heal them? It looks pretty nasty, I dont really CARE TOO MUCH about it becuz its not somewhere anyone would look at anyways, it doesnt hurt or anything, just it looks really disgusting and like as though i have a terrible skin disease

Hey raynor, i got another question. I noticed that bodybuilders like jay cutler never seem to have any vegetables in his diet? whats up with that? Just saying that because I saw a video where he comments on his many meals of the day, and its all just chicken or steak with plenty of rice... etc

also, got any good asparagus recipes?

Taking food from the freezer, than re-heat it in the mictowave, is that bad?

Also -

I read or heard somewhere that training abs on back or leg day is bad, is this true or false? :O

A lot of bodybuilders don't care about their longterm health....that pretty much sums it up right there lol.

I personally do NOT like asparagus, so I do not have any recipes. Go to foodnetwork.com and check it out there.
