Yes, a vertical jump is you standing in place....crouching down and exploding up with all of your leg power. You will use additional weights for this.

A failure set means when you simply can NOT do any more reps either from exhaustion or muscle failure

So I do the normal reps until I can't do anymore, and then do 5 more?

Could I put the weight in a back-pack and jump with that?

Hello, thanks for the advice. I have a few questions.

What is BMR?
What are "2. Digestive Enzyme Supplements (NOW! Digestive Enzymes) take 1-2 with EVERY meal. This is absolutely ESSENTIAL."? and where can I buy them?
You make an emphasis on a lot of water drinking, is this essential?

Hello -

1. BMR = basal metabolic rate - google a calculator for this

2. Digestive enzyme supplements are exactly as they sound...a supplement you take to increase digestive enzymes so that your food can digest more completely thus giving you more caloric absorption. Order them from Bodybuilding.com

3. Yes, you need to drink at least 1.5 gal of water per day. This large amount of water is used to properly hydrate the body, saturate the muscles, and act as a catalyst for increased nutrient uptake.

Do reps until you can't do anymore.

repeat that process for a total of 5 times.

example:

set 1 - 15 jumps
set 2 - 14 jumps
set 3 - 10 jumps
set 4 - 9 jumps
set 5 - 7 jumps

each set is done until failure.

Lastly...yes, you can put the weights in a backpack.

Any idea on removing embedded blackheads from the nose?

I don't have facial acne, just these annoying ass blackheads that never seem to go away, they are deep...

Same issue on the back

I suppose if the process was easy and cheap enough...in time of total economic crisis or food shortage - something like that would be truly life saving to millions of people.

However, in general, I would want NOTHING to do with that. The fact of the matter is, that waste product was waste for a reason, regardless of what their scientists say. As a result, consuming it may in fact end up leading to unknown long term effects that I would not be willing to risk

MANY people have this...there are several options:

1. Go get a professional facial 2x per month (sounds gay, and also quite funny, but it works)
2. Purchase some biore blackhead strips for your nose and try those...for your back try blackhead scrub.
3. Purchase some blackhead mask (or masque) and use it...made of charcoal and other ingredients, it is applied to the target area, left to dry/harden, then removed taking the blackheads with it.

To avoid future blackheads, keep all areas clean and free of excess dirt/oil.

Hey there.

It's perfectly safe.

You want to do the normal keto diet, but shoot for around 2,000 cals a day.

You obviously want to maintain the same ratio as always....LESS than 20g carbs per day from green veggies, and make sure to get around 140g fat and around 200g protein for proper keto balance.
