Hey there....for the acne, you can try any of the following:

1. Tanning
2. Shea and Cocoa butter
3. See a dermatologist

as for the now! whey protein, you can buy some stevia (truvia brand is fine) from the grocery store, and add a tbsp or two to each shake. Also you can throw in some mixed berries and it REALLY improves the shake a lot.

Well im past the acne phase, but its the scars im wondering about :o .

Thanks!

OK -

Continue your normal workout routine as usual (except on the legs days, 2 & 6 - those are legs only) and just add the vertical jumps to the days that you have them.

Day 1 - Vertical Jumps with added weight 5 sets of failure reps (follow directions in the plan that you have the link to)
Day 2 - Calf Raises, Squats, Leg Presses, Lunges (this day you will JUST be doing legs - no other workout) - (perform these exercises as illustrated in the previous plan, explosive up, slow down)
Day 3 - Repeat day 1
Day 4 - NO LEGS (rest)
Day 5 - Repeat day 1
Day 6 - Repeat day 2
Day 7 - NO LEGS (rest)

edit: the lighter you are, assuming you have the same or greater leg strength, will increase your vertical. Thus why you will be training with ADDED weight for the vertical.

The vertical jumps are just me jumping as high as I can with added weights, right?

What's do you mean by 5 sets of failure reps?

The advice I gave WAS for the scarring lol.

Cocoa and Shea butter have been known to gradually reduce the appearance of scars over time.
In addition, tanning has also been able to help scars blend in better
Lastly, dermatologists can recommend certain procedures and products to use for the maximum benefit of destroying acne scars.

Yes, a vertical jump is you standing in place....crouching down and exploding up with all of your leg power. You will use additional weights for this.

A failure set means when you simply can NOT do any more reps either from exhaustion or muscle failure

I was asking because I noticed before I started chugging milk everyday, my body would have bloating, diahrea etc.. the usual symptoms of lactose intolerance whenever I drink even small amounts of milk. Its been almost 6 month since I started drinking milk everyday, and now I don't get those symptoms anymore, so I thought maybe my body somehow adapted and started producing lactase again.

see i have those problems bloating/diahrea when i drink small dose of milk i never got past
chugging it and all cuz i didnt wanna deal with the symtoms so i didnt know you could do this
but then again i never saw a doctor regarding this condition
self diagnosed i realized everytime i had dairy there were horrible stomach pains in addition to the others
my bad for saying someone who is lactose intolerant could never do this
apparently you can but this isnt something i plan on trying :P

It would definitely be in your best interest to see a doctor. There are a plethora of lactase medications out there which can allow you to enjoy dairy to the fullest potential.

It can help with certain types of scars (depending on the location/shape/size/color). The best method is always to consult a dermatologist for their recommendation.

Sounds like you have a very sensitive GI system.

The nuts/seeds/corn all are fiber issues...fiberous foods cause water to interrupt the GI system and thus may cause the problems you illustrated in people with certain conditions such as diverticulitis.

Secondly, spicy food will upset the ph balance in your GI system forcing the body to send water there which ultimately leads to the same as above.

The solution would be to obviously avoid those foods...but also seeing a doctor would be helpful as you may have a serious condition.

Hardgainer Diet and Exercise Guide

Hello, thanks for the advice. I have a few questions.

What is BMR?
What are "2. Digestive Enzyme Supplements (NOW! Digestive Enzymes) take 1-2 with EVERY meal. This is absolutely ESSENTIAL."? and where can I buy them?
You make an emphasis on a lot of water drinking, is this essential?
