Hey there. For a person of your height/weight...20-25 lbs will start showing an obvious difference.

You are doing very well with your progress and the cals at the gym is proper.

I'm starting to see good results, lost about 2 inches from my waist and down to 195 from 215 now.

I am wondering what a good way to get rid of acne scars on shoulders/back is? I would like to start to get rid of those since I imagine I will have my shirt off a whole lot more once I drop about another 10 pounds ;) .

I plan to buy some Kre aklyn, I will post here with the type before I purchase it to make sure it works well.

I really cant stand that NOW whey protein isolate, the only way I can barely stand it is with chocolate syrup...and I dont want to get into the habit of that. I have a 10 pound bag I dont know what to do with...any suggestions?

Thanks as usual.

Hey there....for the acne, you can try any of the following:

1. Tanning
2. Shea and Cocoa butter
3. See a dermatologist

as for the now! whey protein, you can buy some stevia (truvia brand is fine) from the grocery store, and add a tbsp or two to each shake. Also you can throw in some mixed berries and it REALLY improves the shake a lot.

How do you overcome the mentality of forcing the same general food into your body on a constant basis. No matter how I prepare it , no matter how I try to mix it up. I just can't stand eating chicken breasts for 3/7 meals and then you add rice//veggies//etc.

It's hard to really explain. My outlook on food is that it is all being consumed to fuel energy, provide the body with amino acids for building/repair, and keep all the major functions of the body moving along optimally. I don't eat for the sake of eating, and I simply view eating just like I do working out. It is an "exercise" all for control of my body by the master (my mind).

If you REALLY can't stand eating what you eat...then you can try to drink more protein shakes to substitute, and eat meals based on calories only.

is it possible for a lactose intolerant person's guts to start producing lactase after monthes of consuming milk every single day? I mean drinking something like half a gallon of milk a day.

Not likely.

There have been VERY few recorded incidents of this and it is considered an anomaly. It is not at all a possibility one should expect.

Lactase pills are the still the best route if a person who is lactose intolerant loves dairy.

Wild, please do not reply to people's posts on here. I understand this is a point you are familiar with and have information about, but please abide by the rules for the sake of everyone else.

This sticky MUST be kept clean and free of spam and other people answering questions (besides myself and 7ds).

Thank you for your cooperation! =)

In regard to lactose and lactase...here is the explanation:

Some people don't produce ENOUGH lactase. Others produce NO lactase.

Those who produce NO lactase require advances lactase pills to be able to consume dairy and even in some cases will still be unable to eat it without consequences.

Otheres (virtually 90% of people with lactose intolerance) have inadequate lactase, but still have SOME. These people taking lactase pills can expect to see VERY effective results.

I was asking because I noticed before I started chugging milk everyday, my body would have bloating, diahrea etc.. the usual symptoms of lactose intolerance whenever I drink even small amounts of milk. Its been almost 6 month since I started drinking milk everyday, and now I don't get those symptoms anymore, so I thought maybe my body somehow adapted and started producing lactase again.

This is possible...you could potentially be in the RARE set of people that have this adaptation.

However, have you checked if any of your supplements you have been taking, including protein, contain lactase?
