You have to make up your mind and decide what you want from life, your body, and your health...and make your adjustments accordingly. If it is not that important to you, then you can eat whatever you want and do whatever you want. However if you really have the inclination, the drive, and the true WANT to better yourself, that voice of reason heralded through the mind will triumph over the weak willpower of the body.

im not the one that buys groceries
and i cant force my mom to bring home specific stuff :/
mainly my diet is
wake up eat 1cup of multi grain cheerios and 1 cup of lactose free milk
snack 1 fiber 1 bar
lunch turkey sandwhich/wrap 100cal pack of chips a banana
snack 2 yoplait light yogurt
dinner chicken breast brocolli and another side various
drink 1 glass of green tea with dinner
have a lot of water
im not too sure what the calories are but i been staying away from all fast food and soda
hows that sound? sometimes i replace breakfast with a slimfast shake and a banana
are there any good potassium shakes or something
im not trying to bulk up so id rather not take protein shakes if its possible i just dont wanna cramp up as often when i exercise i stretch and drink plenty of water
