i dont really plan my meals i just eat somewhat healthy
saturday is my cheat day though

well if you read the fat loss 15 tips, you'd realize that isn't a "diet".

also telling me that you're bad at diets is just saying that you are not WILLING to do what it takes to be on a good diet. There is no such thing as "good" or "bad" at following diets.

You have to make up your mind and decide what you want from life, your body, and your health...and make your adjustments accordingly. If it is not that important to you, then you can eat whatever you want and do whatever you want. However if you really have the inclination, the drive, and the true WANT to better yourself, that voice of reason heralded through the mind will triumph over the weak willpower of the body.

Hey Raynor,

I Have 3.5wks till my next/final comp of the year. I really want to be the leanest on stage. And willing to put in the work/effort to do so. Problem being idk wat to do different. I am not as lean as I wanted and Idk why im having trouble getting lower as I believe im still ~7-8%.... I want ~3%!!!!!!!

Note:
- I rather not do keto, mainly because the glycogen/water weight + having to carb up for the show.
- I might have crashed my metabolism. I kept slashing calories away trying to get leaner.
- Can I do too much cardio? I was doing 1hr of cardio 3times a week (6mile run) and then 20min HIIT 3x a week.
- I'm 5'9.5 & weighed in for my last comp @ 159.9 .... Currently 165lbs but holding that post comp water weight.
- Should I slowly start adding cals to reverse my metab?
- Right now I amped my protein up, moderate carbs, and LOW fat (Only from by product/fish oil supp) But on my non workout days I lower my carbs and up my fats

As always, any info will be great.

im not the one that buys groceries
and i cant force my mom to bring home specific stuff :/
mainly my diet is
wake up eat 1cup of multi grain cheerios and 1 cup of lactose free milk
snack 1 fiber 1 bar
lunch turkey sandwhich/wrap 100cal pack of chips a banana
snack 2 yoplait light yogurt
dinner chicken breast brocolli and another side various
drink 1 glass of green tea with dinner
have a lot of water
im not too sure what the calories are but i been staying away from all fast food and soda
hows that sound? sometimes i replace breakfast with a slimfast shake and a banana

are there any good potassium shakes or something
im not trying to bulk up so id rather not take protein shakes if its possible i just dont wanna cramp up as often when i exercise i stretch and drink plenty of water

and how many lbs do i have to lose to notice a difference
lost 14 so far still look the same
6'5" was 270 now 256
little muscle mainly body fat approximately 32% BF or so

oh and i think i been eating around 2200 calories i think just guesstimating
and i been burning around 1000 calories at the gym 4-5 days a week
that good or should i burn more?

I'm starting to see good results, lost about 2 inches from my waist and down to 195 from 215 now.

I am wondering what a good way to get rid of acne scars on shoulders/back is? I would like to start to get rid of those since I imagine I will have my shirt off a whole lot more once I drop about another 10 pounds ;) .

I plan to buy some Kre aklyn, I will post here with the type before I purchase it to make sure it works well.

I really cant stand that NOW whey protein isolate, the only way I can barely stand it is with chocolate syrup...and I dont want to get into the habit of that. I have a 10 pound bag I dont know what to do with...any suggestions?
