the workout routine I gave you was for fat loss...thus why it is called a cutting routine.

for a 3 day plan try this:

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&f=60&p=345358141
Hypertrophy Plan 3-on-1-off (regular)

Instead of doing 3 on 1 off, do 1 on 1 off 1 on 1 off and so forth.

so like this

M- day 1
T- OFF
W - day 2
Th- OFF
F- day 3
S- OFF
S - OFF
M - day 1

and so forth

hey raynor, its been almost 1 month since i sprained my ankle. I don't feel any pain in it when i heavy squat or deadlift at all. I just feel pain when i jump, jog, or sprint. Is it normal to still have pain after this long? I remember I could walk after 4 - 5 days after the sprain, but somehow it still hurts.

I just randomly googled this image, but the area of my ankle thats still hurting is about the anteroir talofibular ligament. The right ankle in that area is more swollen looking compared to the left, and thats where the pain still is

You can definitely feel residual pain for 1-2 months after the initial sprain.

I would continue to ice it AFTER physical activity, and also keep it elevated as needed.

Also, make sure to keep it stretched out, good mobility here is key. Avoid any action that causes it pain.

Do you know how to control/stop a food rage?

My food rage only happen when I work evening shift

Wake up 8-9 am
Eat strict diet during the day
Go to work at 4 pm
Get back home at 1 am really hungry
Eat junk food and go to bed

On a normal day when I work during the day, I go to bed by 10-10:30 pm so 'food rage' doesn't happen

Help!

This is all mind over matter.

There is no physical fix other than controlling yourself.

It takes you wanting to exercise your willpower in order to achieve your goals.

You must REFUSE your body the urges it demands of you.

Who is in charge...your mind, or your body?

When hungry and time to eat, eat healthy and that's that....make up your mind to do it, and it will get done - the mind giving into the body is weakness, and weakness is not permitted.

Hello, I am an ectomorph, 5'7" 130 lbs, I'm looking to gain about 10-15 lbs. Should I just eat everything I possibly can, or should I eat select foods? I am currently working out but @ beginner status.

Thanks.

hey there...I understand now...the plan actually addresses this. You should go up approximately 5% PER WEEK.

that means if you did 200 lbs one week, you'd do 210 the next, and so forth.

Oh, sorry - must have missed that part!

Go up 5% on every lift, like bicep curls and shit, or just compunds? :O
