My food rage only happen when I work evening shift
Wake up 8-9 am
Eat strict diet during the day
Go to work at 4 pm
Get back home at 1 am really hungry
Eat junk food and go to bed
On a normal day when I work during the day, I go to bed by 10-10:30 pm so 'food rage' doesn't happen
Help!
This is all mind over matter.
There is no physical fix other than controlling yourself.
It takes you wanting to exercise your willpower in order to achieve your goals.
You must REFUSE your body the urges it demands of you.
Who is in charge...your mind, or your body?
When hungry and time to eat, eat healthy and that's that....make up your mind to do it, and it will get done - the mind giving into the body is weakness, and weakness is not permitted.
