speaks to me more than anything. it's something i struggle with. people can tell me this and that about me, but if i don't see it in myself it doesn't amount to anything. I have that negative voice inside my head, that second guessing that constantly eats at me and tells me everything contrary to what i should believe. not sure if anyone else can relate to that.

only problem i have with this is.
those pull-ups, idc what they are. are so ridiculous i would never consider doing them ever.

and "dans body"
is the result of a ton of weight training, and I'm sure of which looked above average before he started cross fit.

other then that, that relay looks pretty fun and challenging.

They're used to do as much work as quickly as possible, ie finish a full pullup ( Full extension at the bottom, chin above the bar at the top) as quickly as possible. By all means i don't suggest using them unless you have learned how to do them properly and have 25,000$ on the line.

they look like floating ring muscle ups. Not so crazy.

haha oh nvm, i see the ones he meant.. yeaaah. snap city. it's like a uncontrolled version of a spaced pull up for practicing muscle ups.

That dan guy is a monster either way though.
