k so since i was ~12-13, i've had this excess of fat in the chest area (causing man boobs ofc)
and at 16 i started working out to try to get rid of it, or at least make it look better
ofc my m9 FarticusUD gave me advice, plans etc and it worked, i can clrly see a huge difference than before
but i would like to know what you have to say about gyno..
(im 17 now, 6'6, ~205 lbs)
Gyno is caused by an imbalance of estrogen in relation to testosterone in the body. This can either be genetic, chemical, or disease related. From what it sounds like, your genetics allow for fat storing in areas that could be misconstrued to be symptoms of gyno.
The key points involving gyno are:
1. tenderness/pain to the touch
2. puffy enlarged nipples
3. enlarged glands and/or vessels below the skin of the chest tissue.
4. lactation or bleeding
I wouldn't worry about it...especially if you aren't taking any PH or steroids.
Now as far as eliminating it goes:
Lets say this, the more fat you lose, the less breast tissue you'll have. Therefore, a solid anabolic diet with good carb cycling is definitely in order.
High protein and fats sat-thurs (eat every 2-3 hours making sure to get only the amount of calories you need for your BMR)
friday - eat all the carbs you can...800-900g of them....spread out every 2 hours.
In addition, hit the gym frequently...doing cardio, but also paying close attention to the chest...make sure to really beat the chest up 2x a week in order to stretch and build the muscles underneath the fat in order to pull the fat apart and make the appearance of the unwanted tissue to dissipate. Do a lot of wide chest movements...like pectoral flies and wide grip decline press.
