k so since i was ~12-13, i've had this excess of fat in the chest area (causing man boobs ofc)
and at 16 i started working out to try to get rid of it, or at least make it look better

ofc my m9 FarticusUD gave me advice, plans etc and it worked, i can clrly see a huge difference than before

but i would like to know what you have to say about gyno..

(im 17 now, 6'6, ~205 lbs)

Gyno is caused by an imbalance of estrogen in relation to testosterone in the body. This can either be genetic, chemical, or disease related. From what it sounds like, your genetics allow for fat storing in areas that could be misconstrued to be symptoms of gyno.

The key points involving gyno are:

1. tenderness/pain to the touch
2. puffy enlarged nipples
3. enlarged glands and/or vessels below the skin of the chest tissue.
4. lactation or bleeding

I wouldn't worry about it...especially if you aren't taking any PH or steroids.

Now as far as eliminating it goes:

Lets say this, the more fat you lose, the less breast tissue you'll have. Therefore, a solid anabolic diet with good carb cycling is definitely in order.

High protein and fats sat-thurs (eat every 2-3 hours making sure to get only the amount of calories you need for your BMR)

friday - eat all the carbs you can...800-900g of them....spread out every 2 hours.

In addition, hit the gym frequently...doing cardio, but also paying close attention to the chest...make sure to really beat the chest up 2x a week in order to stretch and build the muscles underneath the fat in order to pull the fat apart and make the appearance of the unwanted tissue to dissipate. Do a lot of wide chest movements...like pectoral flies and wide grip decline press.

Why do you have George Washington as your avatar...?

(serious question)

I'm a patriotic liberty-loving American who believes strongly in strict Constitutionalism and Libertarianism. I feel that the vast majority of our founders would be very disappointed in how far we have come from freedom and government non-intervention. George Washington is a personal hero of mine. I feel displaying his picture is more important than one of my own.

Looking for a diet plan/ exercise gym routine

im 6'2 285

really trying to loose weight or gain muscle to make me look more lean

All I'm currently doing is drinking green tea. lots of water and eating a lot of fiber (all bran buds)
doing 30 minutes of cardio a day and working a lot of different muscles daily

and wondering if there are any kids of pills that i can take to help with the weight loss process

also wondering what would be the ideal weight for my height

I already list about 20 pounds in 3 weeks. The weight loss started to slow down.

Hello -

here's what you do.

6 days of the week, I want you to eat 3,000 calories spread out every 2-3 hours and in the form of just good proteins and fats. This means virtually any meat, vegetable, or dairy that you want. (this means no glycogen for the body to burn for energy...it will then start taking fat stores, and converting them to glycogen to burn for energy)

On the 7th day, you can carb up and eat about 1,000-1,200g of carbs also split up every 2-3 hours. This will cycle your basal metabolism to keep using glycogen to burn for energy (which you will be depriving it of during the other 6 days)

Take multi-vitamins, caffeine (all sources), and Essential Fatty Acids (with every meal).

Drink ice water constantly,

and when you work out at the gym or sleep at night try to be as warm as possible!!!

In addition - you will have to work out at least 5 days a week for 2.5 hours a day. If you can go 6 days, the time goes down to 2 hours a day 6 days a week.

Split your routines to accomidate 30 minutes of cardio at the END of a workout.

Take BCAA's throughout your workout to prevent muscle atrophe.

Weigh yourself once a week on the same scale at the same time under the same conditions and keep a log.

indeed it is...however it seems that bodybuilders and powerlifters in general tend to follow this system of beliefs. Primarily because our lives are centered around being left alone so that we can work hard and pursue our goals. We don't want to be told what to do, we don't want to be told what we can and can not do to our own bodies, and we most certainly don't like to be forced into servitude based on our performance.

On a lighter note:

TIP OF THE DAY: If you feel intense pain (NOT SORENESS) in your upper sternum (between the two pecs and below the throat) you may have costochondritis. Although the cause of this is not known...it seems that it can be related to an infection, recent surgery, blunt trauma, or you can simply wake up with it for no apparent reason. If you experience this pain - DO NOT LIFT!! Keep yourself in a position of relative comfort, and if the pain doesn't go away in 2-3 days, seek immediate medical attention - as you might have a severe bone infection or other serious ailment.

hey, i've been wondering about something..

is it better to take a post-workout shake immediately after you're done with training, or is it better to wait about one hour and then have it?
