Looks solid...just make sure you keep up the intense workouits. Also 20 mins of HIIT cardio PWO would be very helpful.

I can also recommend that you be careful with the 8oz of meat, make sure it is LEAN mean (ie: not 8oz of ground chuck....but more like 8oz chicken or LEAN beef - 91/9 or better)

I actually want to know what I should be eating if i plan on working out 30minutes after getting up in the morning.

Thanks (btw, eating horse lean mean and fish!)

And workouts are really intense!

OK if you decide to wake up and work out 30 mins after that....your first meal should be something like this:

3/4 cup oatmeal + 1 banana + 3 whole eggs

Post-workout you should have 2 scoops of whey w/ 1 whole banana

then one hour later begin meals as usual starting at meal #3.

from the outer part, yes....but the inner part no. Roasting tends to destroy the other hull of the vegetable, but the inside generally retains most of its nutrition.

Is it a significant amount? Raw veggies disgust me lol.

not really that significant, you can still eat veggies cooked - just remember the more you cook the more you lose...lightly cooked is superior.

What basic things about yourself should you post in a fitness help thread?
Goals - I want to get more mass, while also being cut and toned.
Height/Weight - 5'11", 165lbs
How much weight you are comfortable lifting with basic exercises for each group. Also include how many reps of that weight.
Shoulders- Military Press or Dumbbell Press - I've never done these types of exercises
Chest- # Push-ups, or bench press - 30 push ups/minute, 135 bench
Legs- Leg Press. - Haven't done it in a while but I remember doing 400lb
Arms- Bicep curls - My max weight that I can curl a full set of is 45lbs
Back- # Pull-ups, or Lat Pulldown - 10 chin ups, never done lat pulldowns
Triceps- # Dips, or Tricep Pulldown - Not sure what these workouts are :S For a tricep workout I hold a 30lb weight over my head, slightly behind me and lift it up and down 15 times, 3 sets.

How many meals you eat per day and when - 3-4, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and snack randomly throughout the day once.
Some of the regular foods you eat/drink - Granola Bar, water, every day
Specific dietary needs - none that I know of
Supplements you are currently on - Can't afford supplements so I can't/won't take any.

How often you work out - 3 times a week

I'm being completely serious and I'm looking for some help so if someone could message me or reply here with some routines that I can follow and dietary guidelines for me to follow as well that'd be great. I'm basically ready to do anything guys because I want to change my physique and I want to live a better life.

on whey
on fish oil
on zma
orange triad
scifit kre-alkalyn
now dextrose
supp. direct(store brand) bcaa

is this a good stack? anything missing? maybe caffeine and/or beta-alanine for pre w.o.?

im 18 i've never lifted weights seriously til recently. i also do boxing, jiu-jitsu, thai boxing, and wrestling at least once or twice each a week so my workload is heavy. im looking to gain functional muscle, not get big and bulky. im in the army and about to ship out pretty soon, so i can't be taking anything that will hurt me after withdrawal and ofc nothing that will cause me to pop hot on a urinalysis.

id also like advice on my workout

a.
bench press
squats
pull-ups

b.
deadlift
lunges
military press

mon-a
wed-b
fri-a

all followed by tabatas on treadmill/airdyne

thanks
