hey mate, iv just started playing tennis again after a 2 year break through injury, so iv lost a bit of muscle through this time, got any recommended exercises i can do at home to get some of that upper body strength back..

Best bet is to get into a regular weight training regimen.

I would reccomend the split for tennis players -

Mon - Chest/Back/Abs
Tues - Legs/Calves
Weds - OFF
Thurs - Shoulders/Forearms/Abs
Friday - Biceps/Triceps/calves
Sat - OFF
Sun - OFF

This simple 4 day split is perfect for tennis players. Strive for moderately heavy weight....but keep the reps between 8-12...but don't forget to constantly stretch between sets.

first of all, do you have weights? or is the barbell just a bar? or does it have a certain amount of weight pre-built into the bar?

secondly...what are your goals?

also need to know your age/height/weight

Looking for a diet plan/ exercise gym routine

im 6'2 285

really trying to loose weight or gain muscle to make me look more lean

All I'm currently doing is drinking green tea. lots of water and eating a lot of fiber (all bran buds)
doing 30 minutes of cardio a day and working a lot of different muscles daily

and wondering if there are any kids of pills that i can take to help with the weight loss process

also wondering what would be the ideal weight for my height

I already list about 20 pounds in 3 weeks. The weight loss started to slow down.

k so since i was ~12-13, i've had this excess of fat in the chest area (causing man boobs ofc)
and at 16 i started working out to try to get rid of it, or at least make it look better

ofc my m9 FarticusUD gave me advice, plans etc and it worked, i can clrly see a huge difference than before

but i would like to know what you have to say about gyno..
