You seem to be very caffeine resistant, some people are...just the nature of how things go.

I would simply avoid stimulants, as they have no inherant effect on you. However 2 cups of green tea every day first thing in the morning (hot or cold) would be beneficial for fat loss, as well as overall health from antioxidants.

Hey Raynor!

I think I have become sick more easily in the recent past, have been sick every now and then for perhaps a month.

Could this be a sign of overtraining?

I've done your hypertrophy program for a long time, I think this made my body overtrained, when you go to failure in principle all the time.

So when I come back to workouting again, I'll start with your 5x5 program

I just want to get back to my workout, without getting sick after a week's training

Need help to speed up the process when I am sick.

Hey there.

This is a very common problem. I have a guide specifically for this:

Hey Raynor, with the military comming up and all, eating 5 meals a day is tough to do since I've been so busy... Would 3 square meals a day be good, as long as I stay in my calorie range?

Raynor,

As of begining my cut, my lifts became slightly weaker. Everything dropped by 5-10 pounds which is expected; however, my arms shrunk by an entire two inches in a period of two weeks? My weight has dropped from 175 to 165, but I don't look much leaner. Am I losing muscle rather than fat?

Thanks.

It would be fine....not optimal, but fine...you can certainly do that without incident.

Not likely are you losing massive amounts of muscle...2 inches worth of arms seems like mostly fat and water to be honest.

If your strength is only "slightly" weaker, it can NOT be muscle. Two inches worth of muscle from the arms would be a catastrophic loss of strength.

You will begin looking MUCH leaner at the 150-155 lbs mark....the first 10 lbs are usually hard to see.

If you would like, please post me the exact diet/exercise routine you are following.
