i got the same problem exept i can only just bearly see a 4pac when i tense and i only eat 4 meals a day.

but im starting to think its because ive sat on my ass playing computer games for 5 years up to 6-10 hours a day every day XD taking a guess that because my abs are relaxed sitting down they've gotten weak and make my stomach look like im preggo

kind of depressing since im trying to workout to look good and a bulging stomach does not look good >:( just means i gotta tense my stomach non stop lol

This is TOTALLY normal...stomach distension after eating is completely normal and should not be "avoided" or "prevented."

Instead you need to just accept this fact as part of a simple bulking routine. Now if you feel unnecessarily bloated...like more than usual, there is a possibility you ate too many carbohydrates with your meal and that bloating is a combination of the excess water as well as the fiber messing with your GI system

There is a lot more to this than just sitting down all day. However, simply sitting in one position for many years without doing any type of core work will definitely cause the midsection to lag behind the rest of you.

Good AT breakfast, yes.

Good FOR breakfast, no.


They are not complete enough nutrition to provide everything you need at breakfast time....but adding them to your breakfast is good.

Hey Raynor, I haven't been able to lift for the past couple of months and I was wondering if you knew a way for me to jump back into it without shocking my CNS too badly, but without wasting the workout.
Doing a 4 day split with:
Mon Chest
Tues Back/traps
Thurs Bi/tri
Fri Legs/delts

Hi SKC,

If my chicken says 20g of protein per 100g and it is a uncooked chicken breast.

Is it 20g of protein per 100g COOKED or 100g UNCOOKED

Because uncooked chicken breast has water in it and in reality 100g uncooked = 70-75g cooked

Took moar advice, definitely was a good call on the cereal.

Raisin bran is delicious, but is it good if my goal is to lose weight? It seems pretty calorie dense.

Is MiO fine to put into my water? I know it has crappy artificial sweetner, but it's nomnomnom.

If I buy goldfish made with whole grain (12 g whole grain per serving) is it any better than regular goldfish?

Greek yogurt is bleh, i did try it though :D Is it fine just to have the yoplait light ones? It's like 90 calories, 0 from fat.

How long does 1-3 dime stay in your system. My buddy is playing college football and can't take that stuff before he goes but he doesn't know whem he would have to stop taking pre workouts
